Ordering Official Transcripts
Seniors Applying to College/University may have to order official transcripts 3 times:
- In the fall of their senior year when they are first applying.
- In January of their senior year if their school wants a Mid-Year Transcript.
- In May/June when their final grades are in - a Final Transcript.
In the fall, students will use the Parchment link above and create a Parchment account. Through your account, you will order your transcript. Each time you order one, it costs $10.45. Your transcript will then be delivered electronically to the colleges/universities you select. If students are applying to colleges/universities that accept emailed transcripts, students do not need to request a transcript and should instead email Mr. John directly with a request.
Seniors Applying to Community College and Vocational School/Program will order an official transcript 1 time:
- In May/June when their final grades are in - a Final Transcript.
In May/June, students will use the Parchment link above and create a Parchment account. Through your account, you will order your transcript. Each time you order one, it costs $10.45 for current students and alumni. Your transcript will then be delivered electronically to the community college/vocational school you select. If students are applying to colleges/universities that accept emailed transcripts, students do not need to request a transcript and should instead email Mr. John directly with a request.
