A white rabbit stuck in the snow
A fox in the den, nose hidden under
A sleeping tiger, in a
Zoo
Giraffe, with street light wrapped about my neck
Chick in egg, breaking the shell
Pig with snout against the pen
Pressing
A jellyfish stuck in a bowl
Of jelly
Sleeping Cat on a porch, sunny
A raven in a cupboard
Being pushed to the back
A painted lady just out of the cocoon
Waiting
A deer, in a forest
To no avail.
