Bio

Hi! I'm Nuris Grau Brull, a proud Puerto Rican who traded the Caribbean for the Arizona desert in 2017 with my husband and our three amazing kids.

My academic background includes Spanish Literature, Hispanic American Literature, Linguistics, and Spanish Grammar. I've also built a career in marketing, sales, leadership, and community outreach, always with a passion for connecting with people.

When I'm not teaching, you'll probably find me designing jewelry, decorating cookies, or working on another creative project. Teaching at an arts school feels like the perfect fit!

In my classroom, Spanish comes alive through music, art, food, traditions, history, and pop culture from across the Spanish-speaking world. I can't wait to learn, laugh, and grow with my students.
