This is a day when volunteers across the United States participate in volunteer work to help build vibrant communities. This year the Metro Arts Middle School will be participating by helping the group Keep Phoenix Beautiful to clean up a section of a park on Central Avenue and Indian School Road.
Students and teachers will be painting, creating sculptures made of recycled materials, picking up trash, and sprucing up the largest transformation of vacant land in the NATION!
