TITLE IX STATEMENT

 

It is the policy of Metropolitan Arts Institute to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibits discrimination (including sexual harassment, sexual assault, and sexual violence) based on sex in the school district’s educational programs and activities. Title IX also prohibits retaliation for asserting claims of sex discrimination.

TITLE IX/SEXUAL MISCONDUCT REPORT

 

This report is for Title IX/Sexual Misconduct and is for use by anyone to report incidents of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, stalking, employee quid pro quo, or hostile environment. For incidents covered by Title IX that are submitted through this form, the Title IX Coordinator will conduct an immediate Title IX investigation. TITLE IX TRAINING INFORMATION

This webinar discusses the new protections that the Department’s new Title IX regulations provide to individuals who allege sexual harassment or sexual assault.
This webinar addresses the role and responsibilities of the people who conduct and adjudicate grievance proceedings involving an allegation of sexual harassment under the Department’s new Title IX Regulations (generally, that person is called a decision maker in the Rule).
