7th grader Raegan Parker presented the dress she made as part of an honors seminar

She discovered that in the 20's the Women's Rights movement and then in the 40's WWII both caused distinctive changes in women's fashion. Raegan created her own pattern for the 1950's style circle dress and then sewed it and wore it for her presentation.
